Brain was running slow last nite and this morning after a great yoga night (has been skipped for 1 month :p ), luckily managed to get this bento done in time.
Marinated the cooked soba with some instant men tsuyu (only for a while), meanwhile shredded the cooked crab stick, lettuce and cucumber and heat the nugget in toaster oven. Bento was ready in about 20 minutes.
