Little girl requested soba for her bento last nite, and it was so easy for me that I don have to think of what to cook :)
Bento was ready in less than 10 minutes. Contents of bento:
1. bird nest: soba marinated with a tbsp of men shoyu and some nori
2. black egg: flavored egg from 優之良品
3. cucumber sticks
4. cherry tomatoes
