Lack of brain juice to think of bentoing idea last nite, thus in the morning, open up the freezer, checked out what to prepare for breakfast & bento, and hey, I found the mantou :p
With the leftover pork slices from last nite, I stuffed them and the cucumber slices into the mantou and a squeeze of mayo. Bento was ready in about 15 minutes.
In the bento:
1. Pork & cucumber mantou
2. Cherry tomatoes
3. Watermelon cubes
