Alphabet Pasta and Cheese Bento

I cooked this alphabet pasta and cheese last nite, shared 1 with little girl along with chicken porridge, she loves it.

The ingredients I used were:  alphabet pasta, some steamed chicken (diced), 1 small onion (diced), 1 clove garlic (chopped), 1 bacon (shredded), green peas, sweet corns and lot of cheese (cheddar n mozzarella).  For the sauce, I used a lazy way, after stir-fried everything, I poured some water and mixed in a sachet of Vono Chunky Mushroom Soup (those powder form soup in a mug).

After the mixtures were thicken, I scooped them into 4 aluminum foil cups, let it cool, topped with lots of cheeses, then kept in the freezer.  I just need to bake it in toaster oven for 5 minutes before serving.

Since all the cooking was done last nite, to fix the bento this morning was super fast, all ready in less than 10 minutes inclusive of the baking time.

Along with the alphabet pasta n cheese, there are grape tomatoes and strawberry flavored grass jelly.

This one here is the snack bento containing strawberry flavored grass jelly, grape tomatoes and a sausage bun.

Looks so delicious. And so simple in the morning for a speedy bento.

This is the first time I've heard of strawberry flavoured grass jelly. Sounds good. What brand is it and where did you get it?

Yup, kids just can't resist mac (or pasta) n cheese, little girl almost chew down the foil as well!

You may get the flavored grass jelly anywhere, I mean any supermarket, I got mine from Tesco. They have laici and mango flavours too. Just dig deeper at the grass jelly section.

Do you mean that the grass jelly is stored bought (ready to eat) or you need to make it from the pack? Looks interesting enuf to me!
