Assorted Colors Sweet Potato Crackers

I tried the cracker recipe from here again, but this rounds I used sweet potatoes, the yellow, orange and purple sweet potatoes.

The main ingredients

200g sweet potato, mashed
80g potato starch
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sugar

Very ugly penguins
I did this last Thu, using yellow sweet potato and added 1/2 tbsp of black sesame. It was a disaster after I molded the penguins, having a tough time removing those molded pieces from counter to baking tray, in the end it changed its look and bcame very thick. The texture of this cracker r very very hard, however able to taste the sweet potato and the hint of black sesame really enhance the potato taste.

Orange clovers
Made these batch last Fri, using orange sweet potato and added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder. I molded the clovers on a piece of sling film this time, much easier to transfer the pieces this way. As for the taste wise, it is tasteless, just able to get the cinnamon smell out from the cracker, but they r thin and crunchy.

Purple rabbits
Made this batch yesterday, with purple sweet potato and added 1/2 tbsp of white sesame. I was turning good when transferring the molded pieces to baking tray, almost mistake free. Just like the penguins, they r tasty but as they r thin, they r much crunchier than the penguins (not hard).

170C for 15 minutes, then 150C for 5 minutes. Continue placing the crackers in oven til oven cool off.
