Sausage rolls


Got the idea of making this from Baking fiends unite!  Which is using frozen roti pranta instead of puff pastry to wrap the sausage.  It turned out as crispy as puff pastry!  

I made a few experiments:  rolls with long and short sausages just like the above.
 
The one at behind was one wrapped with a short sausage and lots of mozzarella cheese.  The one at front was just how the roti pranta turned out after it was baked, fluffy and crispy!

Little girl enjoyed it very much cos they are so crispy, me too!
