He he he... this is the 3rd attempt of experimenting ways on cooking roti pranta dough (there are 2 more in the fridge). It is closest to the common way of cooking it, just shallow fried with bit of butter, but cut with a few cookie molds before cooking.
Top tier: Dahl curry (I got it from mamak and had it froze at the fridge), it is the only curry little girl would dare to try. About 10 pieces of cute roti on the right.
Bottom tier: Other than the pieces of plums on the right and edamame, the rest were left over from last nite's dinner taken from mum's house: a piece of fried wanton (hiding at bottom), skewers of edamame, chicken with skin and fried meat balls.
Here is another pic of the bento and a cup of iced cold tangerine 100+ (just in case the curry is too hot for little girl) ready to go.
Little girls finished everything in 15 minutes, without me spoon feeding or urging her!
This little box here is for little girl's snack time at her school: a cute Hello Kitty cake (bought in SS2 Pasar Malam), cut plums and skewers of edamame, chicken and crab stick.

I am looking at roti pranta in a different light now!
As I said, 2 more in the fridge, will crack my head more for ideas, I promise!
