Lasagna have been in my to-do list for very very long time, I even had the pasta ready in the pantry but were either lazy or having other more interesting recipes tempting me to try on, and I kept KIVing it til the pasta is going to expire at Nov, I better cook it before it turn expired :)
I had the meat sauce cooked on Sat evening, we had a portion with spaghetti for dinner, and kept the rest in the fridge awaiting for my mood to turn on.
At last, my mind has set on it yesterday, I waked up early this morning, cooked the cheese sauce, it was a great success, as my cheese sauce didn't turn lumpy :p I stacked the lasagna beginning with meat sauce then pasta, meat sauce, cheese sauce, and repeated the process for 4 times. After that, threw it into the pre-heated oven baked for 40 minutes.
Yeah, it took me a long morning preparing the lasagna, like approx. 15 minutes on cooking the cheese sauce, 15 minutes for the stacking part, then 40 minutes for baking. Luckily, the bento took only 5 minutes to pack, phew...
It was quite difficult to move the lasagna into the bento box though I waited it to cool off slightly, it was so soft and gooey

After the lasagna was totally cool off, I able to cut it nicely to see its layers, so here I present my yummy and fattening lasagna :p
