Cooked a real okonomiyaki this morning, with
Chinese yam (aka huai shan, shan yao or nagaimo in Japanese). I got the recipe from a manga which I don remember which, but I'll post it up later at the next posting. Took about 15 minutes for the preparation, 1/2 hour for resting the batter, 15 minutes for cooking and 3 minutes to pack, a long process :p
