Oven Baked Spare Ribs

Saw Kitchen Corner baked this spare ribs and they looked so delicious, as we heart pork very much, I purposely went to buy these pork ribs yesterday at Tmn. Megah to try out this recipe.

Noticed the color of the ribs, they r dark, ok, they were not burned or charred, I poured too much black soy sauce during the sauce preparation ;p

We adored the ribs, used our hands (little girl used both) to savour those ribs, they r definitely 'hands' licking good!
