Do you like the color combination?
Didn't bake a loaf of bread for very very long time, brought 2 sweet potatoes (yellow and purple) from MIL's stall, planning to bake some bread.
After steaming, skinning, mashing and weighing the sweet potatoes, I found that I able to double the bread recipe for each of the potato.
Therefore, I gotta 4 loafs in the end :)
I used the recipe from my previous posting Sweet Potato Loaf, which was adapted from Carol's.
