Fried Potato Wedges and Bacon Bento (355)


Used 2 types of potatoes in this: Russet and Holland potatoes, both tasted great after frying.  But if you ask me what is their different, I really can't tell :p

I cooked the wedges in the bacon fat (got it after frying bacon), which enhanced the taste beautifully :)

Bento was ready in 20 minutes.

Russet (long) & Holland (short) potato wedges and some cut bacon

 
A container of ketchup and mayo
