Sweet Potato and Chestnut Chiffon


Ingredients
(A)
5 egg whites
60g caster sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar

(B)
5 egg yolks
120g milk
80g corn oil
150g sweet potato, steamed and mashed
100g chestnuts, cooked, skinned and crumbled
100g flour
20g sugar

If sweet potato and chestnut are your fav, this combination will definitely not disappoint u
Other than smelling good, it tasted good too
