Stir-Fried Chong Fan Bento (289)


I repeated this fried chong fan again after 1 week :p cos I really like the texture of chong fan after being stir fried, so soft and Q.  This time I used the cut chong fan rolls instead of the flat sheet type I used last week.

I stir-fried the chong fan with shredded erygii mushroom, vegetarian squid and lettuce, a totally vegetarian meal :)  All were ready within 30 minutes.
