Out of idea on fixing the bento, little girl told me she wanna angel hair for bento, thus come out with this cold salad. After cooking the angel hair, I squeezed a good dollop of mayo, sprinkled some black pepper into it, gave it a good stir and ready to go into box. The chicken was precooked and has oledi mix with mayo and pepper, little girl has been having it for breakfast. Just need to shred the cucumber and pack everything into box.
Bento was ready in less than 15 minutes.
