Didn't realize it has come to the 300th bento so soon, thus didn't plan out anything, just a simple bento for little girl.
Little girl had bacon and fried egg for breaky this morning, she kept 2 pieces of the bacon specially for the bento. I used about 15 minutes to get the bento ready, cos I just need to blanch the noodle, mushroom and veggie, then drizzled some oyster sauce & soy sauce to flavor them.
Konnyaku noodles, mushroom, veggie and top with bacons
Chinese pear and jelly

So much "liew", the noodle was not visible at all, hahah...And your bacon is so crispy, how did you do that? I can never get to that stage without charring it, hhehhe..
Hi, Zara, u may get the konnyaku noodle at wet market or supermarket.
Hahaha... HK, the noodle was just underneath the bacon :) My way of frying the bacon is: fry for a while, flip over, fry for a while, flip over, repeat the process til crisp and brown.
Shall try my luck with bacon, thanks for the tips.
